Alpha is seeking Interns for our 2024 Internship Program.

What's this internship all about?

• Key responsibilities will include entry-level duties of moderate difficulty providing the opportunity for training in various departments throughout the organization.
• Performs assigned duties to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards required for successful performance.
• Gathering and organizing data to provide information for departmental special projects or reports, assisting professional-level employees on assignments.
• Assignments will serve to offer practical experience and broad exposure to the company’s structure.
• Utilizes current department-specific software to complete assignments.
• Specific activities vary by assignment.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

• Enrolled in (or a recent graduate of) a bachelor’s program studying Civil, Transportation, or Structural Engineering
• Familiar with industry-related software, such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, InRoads, MicroStation, and/or Synchro
